LIFE Groups

This group will be studying the four gospels; Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. 

This group will be studying the book,  "The Bait of Satan, Living Free from the Deadly Trap of Offenses" by John Bevere.
Childcare available if needed in Room B1.

This group will be studying, " The Challenge of ACTS" by N.T. Wright. 

This goup will be starting a session study called "God Won't Leave You There" by Anne Graham Lotz and "The Story of Joseph" by Rachel-Ruth Lotz.  

This group meets once a month for a potluck lunch after the service in the Life Center.

This group will share dinner, fellowship, and support each other in prayer while studying the book of Mark using the video series by Francis Chan. 

A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this weekly group, you'll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what's "normal" in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you'll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability-and gain solid support each step of the way. This is a "drop-in" group so no RSVP required. 

We eat together, sing, pray, study the Bible and apply it to life. We also look for ways to serve our church and community. 

The group will share a weekly themed potluck dinner, divide into men's and women's groups for discussion of the Pastors’ Sermon Series, and then pray together. This group is ongoing throughout the year and meets alternating between the Orban’s and the McGlaughlin’s homes.

For moms with kids ages birth-high school. Join us for community and prayer.

This group will be using the study, "One in a Million" by Priscilla Shrier, followed by "Breaking Free" by Beth Moore, based on Isaiah 61:1-4. 

This group is for young women in their 20's. Each week we eat together, laugh, pray and open up God's word. Once a month we serve dinner at the Rockville Women's Shelter and do a craft together once a month.

We will be studying the book, "The Anti-Greed Gospel, Why the Love of Money is the Root of Racism and How the Church Can Create A New Way Forward" by Dr. Malcom Foley, talk about how we can put into practice what we learn and pray for one another.

We will be studying, The Book of Nehemiah, by Erica Mason from Right Now Media. 

Women's covenant group meeting, establishing spiritual disciplines and discovering God's presence in our daily lives. 

This group will view and discuss "The Chose" series and then choose other topics. 

This group will be studying the book of Esther.

This group will be studying, "Hearing God" by Dallas Willard. 

We will be studying the book of II Peter using David Jeremiah's study guide for women, "A Place for Everything and Everything in its Place."

This group seeks to encourage and build one another up through life as a community. We go through a mix of books of the bible, book studies, and applicable studies from Right Now Media. 

For seasoned adults 60 and up, join us for a meal and fellowship every other month.
