I got a call from one of our college students on Saturday evening, and at some point in the conversation he asked me what I was doing for Lent. I told him that, unlike other years, I’m not fasting from this or that particularly.

  • Lenten Season, Our Call to Pray

    Pastor Ben

    Feb 8, 2016

Remembering why we’re doing what we’re doing is one of the keys to staying on track, maintaining passion, and not getting discouraged. Why are we doing what we’re doing as His church? Pastor Ben

    Jan 18, 2016

And He reminds us of the reason — because we have a Father in heaven that takes care of the birds of the air and the lilies in the field. He will surely take care of you! “God know what we have need of before we even ask.” Besides all that, what does worrying do? It doesn’t help one bit.
