In Matthew 5:16 Jesus says, IN THE SAME WAY, LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE BEFORE OTHERS, THAT THEY MAY SEE YOUR GOOD DEEDS AND GLORIFY YOUR FATHER IN HEAVEN. Notice that Jesus doesn't say, "shine your light." He says, "let it shine." 

The weather has prompted a couple of spiritual thoughts for this Friday!  That wind yesterday was brutal!  I was out in it for a few hours taking down my Christmas lights (nice planning Ben!).

I went to a Watkins Mill High School varsity basketball game last night.  A few minutes into the third quarter there was an altercation on the court between two players.
