GCN Youth Ministry is committed to coming alongside 6th to 12th graders – and their families – and leading them to Christ. We do this in various ways: Studying God’s Word in community, learning how to be a disciple and how to make disciples, and serving others in our church, local community and schools, and world. Our desire is to partner with parents in helping students deepen their relationships with each other (the church), those who don’t have a relationship with Christ (evangelism and disciple-making), and most importantly, with Christ.

Sunday Night Youth Group

Students in grades 6-12 gather each Sunday from 5:30-8:30 pm outdoors at GCN. We meet together for time of worship, message, and some fun games.

Discipleship Hour – SUNDAY SCHOOL

Our middle school (grades 6-8) and high school (grades 9-12) students meet in separate groups on Sunday morning at 9:00 am.  This is a time of studying God’s Word and praying for each other and our world.  One Sunday each month is devoted specifically to leaving our classroom and going out into our world to serve.  From delivering a meal to an elderly person to random acts of kindness around our community, we go out and practice what we learn in God’s Word.

Youth Events and Serving throughout the Year

GCN offers numerous ways for students to go deeper in their walks with Christ. Here’s a sampling of these opportunities: Teen Bible Quizzing, 30-Hour Famine, Spring Retreat, Summer Teen Camp, Mission Trips, and Serving Days. For more details about what happens throughout the year, see our calendar.
